Base prices
These are the prices for dropping a bag off and collecting it from the same partner facility in Tokushima. They are set as our launch prices and do not include delivery within Japan. If we change them later, bookings already confirmed and paid keep their price.

How dates work
The service is mainly intended for stays of about 30 to 60 days, but 30 days is not a minimum. Actual storage starts when the partner facility in Tokushima takes your bag in.
- Price period: the number of days from drop-off to pickup sets the band — up to 30 days, 31–60 days, or day 61 onwards. The day after drop-off counts as day 1 (drop off on 1 October and collect on 31 October, and that is 30 days).
- If your pickup date is not fixed: book by period instead, choosing up to 30 days or 31–60 days, and collect by the last day of that period. Once you know your date, add it through your booking link.
- Booking deadline: 23:59 Japan time two days before the drop-off day.
- Changing dates or time windows: through your booking link until 23:59 Japan time two days before the scheduled visit. The new date must also meet the same deadline (23:59 Japan time two days before the visit) and be one the partner facility accepts. After the deadline, send a change request through the same link and we will arrange it with the partner facility.
- A change into a higher price band: the new dates are confirmed once the difference has been paid. Until then, your current dates and QR codes stay valid.
- A change into a lower price band: if it is made before we take your bag in, we refund the difference. If you bring your pickup forward after we have taken it in, we refund the difference when we receive the change by 23:59 Japan time three days before the new pickup date. Shortening within the same band, or simply collecting early without changing the date, does not lead to a refund.
- After your pickup date: up to three days late costs nothing extra. If you are four or more days late, we recalculate the price band and extension charge for the days up to the day you actually collect, and invoice the difference.
Longer than 60 days
The maximum service period used for pricing is 90 days. Beyond the first 60, we charge ¥200 per bag per day — the same rate whatever size the bag is.
If your booking already runs past day 60, the extension charge is included in the payment at booking. If a later date change makes your stay longer, we invoice the difference and confirm the new dates once it has been paid.
Optional delivery within Japan
If you want your bag delivered to an address in Japan instead of collecting it in Tokushima, the price is ¥3,500 per bag, tax included, or ¥4,500 to an address in Hokkaido or Okinawa. It covers the delivery company’s fare and our arrangements, and does not change with the size band. Other remote islands cost no extra.
At booking you pay for storage only. Once we have taken your bag in and the destination is settled, we send an invoice for delivery before dispatch, and we dispatch once it has been paid. The same applies if you switch to delivery after booking.
We do not charge extra or refund a difference after dispatch because of the size or weight measured by the delivery company. A bag over 200 cm in total or 30 kg, or one that an ordinary delivery company cannot carry, is discussed with you individually before dispatch.
If, after paying and before the bag is handed to the delivery company, you move the destination between Hokkaido or Okinawa and anywhere else, we invoice (and dispatch after payment) or refund ¥1,000 per bag. Once the bag is with the delivery company, the destination cannot be changed here, so please contact us; any actual cost of forwarding at your request is yours to pay. If a bag cannot be delivered for a reason on your side, we tell you the cost of sending it again before we charge it.
